1. woke at 7:36 am
2. Bed at 9:54 pm
3. Use to have Routine: bed at 8:30-9:00 pm, and up at 5:00am
4. Nice big Spring mix Salad with raspberry walnut vinegrette, 16 0z Coffee with sugar and creamer this was about 4:20 pm
5. No exercise today
6. Do not drink Alcohol
7. Caffeinated drinks: 2-16 oz. Cups of Coffee when I woke, and 1-16oz. Cup of Coffee at 4:10 pm. (Going to try de-caf coffee in the evening and see if that doesn't help!)
8. Prescription Meds: sleep meds 1 ml. oral, depression 1-20mg, Over-The-Counter: 1-prenatal vitamin/mineral supplement, 1-Digestion & Detox Support, 1-Multi-Fiber cleanse, 1- 1500mg CoQ10, 1-500mg Red Rice Yeast, 1- 5000mg Biotin, 1-500mg Niacin, 1-500mg Glucosamine, 1-1000mg Zinc, 1-1000mg C, 1- Black Cohosh, 1-500mg D, and 1-10mg heartburn pill taken at 7-7:30 pm (Didn't take my muscle relaxer and had problems with leg cramps that kept waking me up)
9. I didn't take a nap today
10. Worrying about bills, my roommate isn't really working out, Made my reference calls to the people the Dr. wished me to get ahold of. Then the phone started and company came in. It wasn't a very quiet day.
11. 1-Not Hungry
12. 2-Somewhat tired
13. 1-Calm, but nervous and stressed out


1. Roughly an Hour
2. Woke at 11:53 pm, and let the dogs out, and back to bed at 12:00 am. 2:58 am and 4:10 am both times laid in bed waiting to drift back to sleep. I woke 2 more times, but didn't look to see what time it was. I tossed and turned a lot last night.
3. Roughly 5-6 hours.
