I aimed to shed the minimum of 1 pound and got a lovely surprise 2 pounds have vanished for ever

So my exercise and eating plan is working. It is early days but I so pleased that I have managed to see results.
So up early exercise and eat within the range planned and I am on my way to being a slim me. The Food Journal helps as well I record what I have eaten and drunk, my exercise and how I have done for day and how I can improve things. Writing it down makes a difference I can see what I am doing and can alter things a I go along.
Planning the meals helps and having a snack in the evening planned out means it stops me wanting something.
Week 1 complete with a good result. Week 2 is under way and again I aim for a 1 pound downward shift.
