I am fessing up today with the fact that I haven't entered my weekly weigh-ins for 2 weeks because they went up and I didn't like the number. Since the numbers have been going up, I've had a few rough days where I gave up and didn't care what I put in my body. Stupid pity party for 1. This last week I've been working hard to bring my weight down. I managed to bring it down from 137 on Monday (1/7) to 134 today! This was also our first week back to work after the holidays. I know that has A LOT to do with it. I am 5lbs away from where I was trying to be by this date. I have readjusted my goal weigh-ins so that it is more realistic to lose the last 4lbs of this goal. Then I'll be onto my last 5lbs to lose!!!!!!

I'm really looking forward to spring and can't wait to go shopping and get a new wardrobe! Also very excited to wear a bikini and feel completely confident while wearing it! :)

Update of weigh-ins:
July 10:
Starting Weight: 152.5

July 16: Weigh in: 150.5----LOST 2 LBS.!!
July 23: Weigh in: 150.5----Didn't go up :)
July 30: Weigh in: 149.5----LOST 1 LB.!!
August 3: Weigh in: 146.5---LOST 3 LBS.!!!! (Just completed my first week of eating gluten free)
August 10: Weigh in: 146.5 (Adjusting to being DOWN farther than I've been in SO LONG!! :)
August 17: Weigh in: 145.0---Lost 1.5 LBS.!!!
August 24: Weigh in: 146.0---Gained 1 lb.
August 31: Weigh in: 143.5--Lost 2.5 lbs.!
September 7: Weigh in: 143.5
September 14: Weigh in: 143.5
September 21: Weigh in: 143.0--Finally started losing again!
September 28: Weigh in: 141--SO AWESOME!!!! :)
October 5: Weigh in: 142
October 12: Weigh in: 141! :) Lost 1 lb!
October 19: Weigh in: 140!! FINALLY!

October 26: Weigh in: 140
November 3: Weigh in: 138.5
November 9: Weigh in: 140
November 16: Weigh in: 140--Not too happy-but still persevering.
November 23: Weigh in: 136.5

From 11/18-11/23: Was sick and lost a couple pounds

November 30: Weigh in: 135
December 7: Weigh in: 135.5 (Went to Chicago this wkend and ate too much and had too many sugary drinks) Weighed in on the Monday after the Chicago weekend: 139! :(
December 16: Weigh in: 136 (going back up-not happy)(but went down from the Monday weigh in of 139)
December 21: Weigh in: 133.5 (Persevered and brought my weight back to within a pound of my goal for this week!)
December 28: ? Didn't like the number, so I didn't record it.

2nd Goal Reward (January 3) (even though I'm a few pounds away: First hair color and manicure!)
January 4: Weigh in: 133.5
January 11: Weigh in: 134 (but weighed in on Monday at 137)

My original goal weights for each week aren't realistic now, so I am adjusting them, so they are more attainable. The next weigh in goal is 133 for next Friday (1/18).

  Attainable is good and remember you can and will do it. I put on 5 lbs myself with all those holiday treats. emoticon
