A couple of days ago I read a blog that introduced me to a new way to view my weight. Instead of looking too close to the picture, take several steps back and see the whole picture. I started weighing in and logging my weight everyday. Then after a month I will step back and look at the chart to see the change be it negative or positive. I can then adjust what I'm doing if need be. This is very difficult right now because my weight has been fluctuating so much because of TOM that I have been excited one day and totally frustrated the next. I am working out a lot, eating well and staying in the lower half of my range. I will be back in a month to let you know what my picture looks like.
