today is a new day of my tracking my food and fitness and i want to lower my bmi ,it is still too high .

    emoticon I spent some time trying different eating and exercise habits before I settled on Eat To Live as a lifetime possibility. Still working on the ST aspect of exercise! When you find something that suits your personal lifestyle, it is so much easier and stress free. Hope the new push goes well.
