After yesterday morning's insomnia run, I slept really, really well last night. emoticon

Got up promptly this morning and have had a calm morning so far. Packed the lunch, simmered the oats, added raspberries to them this morning. Very nummy. Sipping the coffee. And Sparking.

This should be a good day! emoticon emoticon

That's the second time I've run across raspberries this morning - Lynda (LEANJEAN) had 'em on her page background. I think I need to go adjust the grocery list, lol...
[Contrary to what you think you see, these are not cherries - they are raspberries!]

You know your own body and how it's wired so well -- was there any doubt that last night would be a perfect one for sleep? And then up and at 'em with a smile. It's going to be a great day!

Very good, Barb!! So glad you slept well. I slept good last night, too. Makes such a difference. I like Watermellen's acceptance, but I'm not there yet. I want a GOOD night's sleep every night!!

Oh Barb!--I treally hate it when I can't sleep. I have to get up and go downstairs and read the paper or something----in the cold dark house--but--I sleep when I get back to bed---if I don't eat----- Oh Lord! It''s a constant battle!--Lynda emoticon

I try not to panic when sleep doesn't happen . . . sleep is "polyphasic" and periods of nonsleep for me are normal (I tell myself).

Raspberry oatmeal: great! Maybe a little cardamom??
