Well this is my first ever blog! I've only been on spark people for a week, but its so inspiring to read other peoples blogs, and I love to hear how everyone is getting on throughout the week, so I thought I would give it a go!! So I came across sparkpeople on New Years day after searching the internet for some weight loss inspiration. I'm still very new to this, and have only been brave enough to post on one message board so far but i am pleased to report that week one went great! I lost 3 lbs HURRAH! I not only changed some of my eating habits, but after joining a few sparkteams i also managed to drink 8 glasses of water everyday, and do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day (normally more!) Most importantly i'm feeling really positive right now! I even went and joined my local weight watchers last night, something i have been putting off for about 2 years because i wanted to lose a bit of weight first.....yes i'm crazy I know ha! So im going into week two feeling great and really optimistic!
