Well, this morning I was 168 lbs. Gah. I thought I was 165! Sigh. Siiiggghhh. But, I'm proud to say that I haven't had any soda or diet soda since the first of the year! Sure, I've had temptations, but I haven't given in to them! Yeah! But because I have a Sodamaker, it's tempting. Ha. But at least I can have soda water once in a while! With just no flavoring or flavored with lemon, etc. My husband knows of my intent of no soda, so he is very supportive. He makes me tea and carbonated water all the time. Love my husband! So the goal for January is no soda. :-) I wonder what my goal for February should be? Right now exercise or moving is a 4 letter word to me. Sigh. There is a 20-mile bike ride for newbies this Saturday... People are encouraging me to go to this bike ride... Oh, and I forgot, last Sunday, I went downhill skiing for the first time in 7 years. Only fell down once, getting off the lift. But it was so hard to get up! I was mortified. Anyway, I felt really good after that. My muscles really needed that workout! Wish I could go skiing every day! But it costs money... Money that I don't have.
