Good morning everyone!
I'm already getting tired, but I'm not giving up on building my "Paula's Wall of Never's". I'm working very hard on the 1st floor now and will begin on the 2nd floor as soon as I feel confident that I've succeeded on the 1st.
I'm taking a new approach for me on my 2013 goals and plans for my "journey to the new me!" March 2009, I will have my 4 year anniversary of being on the journey of a lifetime (weight loss 200+ lbs and inches 119+) and I'm trying to find a new spark for ideas to encourage me. I feel that floor by floor, I will see and feel my "consecutive baby steps" going up the stairwell steps to the next floor, and that on each floor, I will be able to see and feel a newer, confident, and more successful person.
I don't have any idea of how many "floors" my "wall" will be constructed of, but I will keep all of you posted on a blog as to how it is coming along.
If anyone would like to build your own personal wall, just join in with me. I am not setting myself up for perfection, but I am aiming for a "most of the time" mindset on my actions. People always say "Never say never" and I'm not saying that, but I will say "I'm determined to give it my all, my best shot."
Now my plan for my 1st floor...........
1ST FLOOR "NEVER".........never eat the whole can of anything again, no matter how healthy it may be. I no longer want to feel like I am a "eat the whole thing" kinda person again!!
