Ok, i think I'm going to add something to my endless list that I have on my daily blogs. :) I just read this article this morning here on SP..

One tip was to write 5 self compliments everyday even about the smallest things to just help make you feel better about yourself. Which would be of help right now after having these binging issues again and going back up AGAIN.

    Do people still iron? That's impressive in itself. If there is any ironing to do my husband does it because it usually involves one of his shirts. I used to have a friend that ironed her underwear which I thought was a bit extreme. I was taught that it was boastful to compliment yourself. I know now that there is nothing wrong with concentrating on what we do well. Thanks for the reminder. emoticon

    Great blog! I'm not sure why we are so reluctant to give ourselves credit for the positives we accomplish and so eager to beat ourselves up when we fall a little short. Great goals!

    Ironing???? You do ironing? That has to count for major calorie burns!

Why is complimenting ourselves so difficult to do that we have to remind ourselves to do it? We don't think twice about complimenting someone else, yet, if you are like me, when we receive a compliment from others, we are "uncomfortable" and seem to have a comeback that negates it? Such a dilemma!
