I am finding my relationship with carbs to be very interesting.
I need them. I can't COMPLETELY omit them from my life, but be more selective WITH them, for the sake of my pcos.
but I have realized that certain carbs, make me crave even more carbs.
any and ALL hot cereals. too bad cuz it sticks to the ribs, hehe.
rice, even if its brown rice- its a compulsive carb in my body.
ezekiel bread is awesome for me. small baked potatoes or sweet potatoes or yams are awesome for me.
regular bread - not so much.
I have YET to try rye bread. I don't know where to find a good quality rye bread that WILL NOT break my teeth, haha.
will start that journy soon for a healthier sandwhich bread.
anyways. I have written it down. it has been recorded. I NOW know better.
