It's been a long time since I last post a blog or even wrote to myself. I still peep from the sidelines and watch what others are doing. I enjoy reading about there successes and am sorry to read about there heartaches. My New Year's revolution (my five year old can not say resolutions) was to improve me. I still after all these years reading about weight loss on SparkPeople and other sources and knowing what to do I feel lost. I guess knowing and applying are 2 different things.
I need a plan so lets start with something easy:
EXERCISE---- Kinect daily (I have lots of games MOVE your body HAVE FUN)
NUTRITION-- FRUITS, VEGGIES, HEALTHY meals ( plan to try new things)
WATER--- I know you don't like it, but DRINK it anyway
Streaks Exercise--2 days
