I didn't get my 10k steps in yesterday, so I made up the 5k I was missing this morning, plus walked another 12k today. If I can get myself out of bed to walk every morning (5k steps) and go on a 30-min walk at lunch, I can get about 16-17k steps a day with work added in. Not to shabby. It's the days off I need to worry about - maybe get those steps in first thing in the morning?
Under calories today - yay! I'm working on NOT eating my exercise calories....good for an unexpected meal, spontaneous happy hour, etc now and then, but not on a daily basis.
It was a great day!
