Well, after hitting it hard at the gym for the past week, I ran out of steam today. I was feeling a little overwhelmed with other things that had to get done, and ended up not exercising. I'm trying to talk myself around to where it's okay if my day off is not on a Sunday. I can get back on track tomorrow! I need to remember that this isn't a quick fix this time. It has to be about a lifestyle change and I need to keep everything in the proper perspective. It can't be all or nothing if I want to keep this up for the long haul.
