Days 27-28: Almost Done with 30 Day Shred!

Hey everyone,

I can't believe I'm six days away from being finished with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred! I never even thought I would make it to Level Three. Usually when I begin a workout series, I quit a week in or halfway through. I never actually finish the whole thing. I can't wait to finally weigh in once I'm finished with it. I really hope I lost at least five pounds and some inches. Honestly though, I've noticed an extreme change in my fitness level. A few days ago, I helped my grandparents take down their Christmas decorations. I was able to sprint up and down their stairs and not get out of breath. Also, I carried the huge Christmas tree downstairs by myself without any help. I've also noticed that I am able to take more bags of groceries out of the car to put in the house rather than taking one bag at a time. My strength has definitely improved! I highly recommend this workout!
