Aches And Pains, Oh Bother!

I I've been having some trouble with my left knee lately. It's been bothering me for a couple of weeks now. It doesn't hurt all of the time, just on the inside when I move it certain ways and when I'm walking. I don't know if I tweaked it doing exercise, or if it's tendonitis or something. It does feel better after I put an ice pack on it for awhile.

I'm discouraged. I don't need this right now when I'm trying to get back into a routine of exercising again. At least it doesn't bother me when I'm doing deep water exercise. I keep hoping it will get better on it's own. I don't like to go to the doctor for every little ache or pain but I suppose I'll have to if it doesn't get better soon.

    water exercise is great and easy on the muscles

    I know what you are talking about. I am the same way. M.b. until you can do the exercise you want there are other goals to focus on.
