Today was ok. I struggled with getting the drive to really exercise. I put in a good hour and a half, but it was broken down in half hour increments. I wasn't really truly focused today. I ate take out for dinner. I had a chipotle chicken bowl, which put me right on the edge of going over my calorie limit. I feel so bloated and heavy now. Not good. Maybe it was a lesson I needed to learn. I won't be doing that again. Blah. I am going to go make some tea and get in bed with my loves... Let's think positive. I am going to wake up tomorrow and feel energized and ready to start a great weekend. Lots of healthy choices and exercising!

    We all slip up once in a while, but it's more important not to beat yourself up over it, and try better the next day. Never give up you can do it!!! emoticon
