I have been wanting to lose weight for a LONG TIME now. It just seemed difficult to track everything and keep it all written down in spirals. But then I found this site. It is so easy to track everything. I have only done it for a day now, but I see myself being able to make progress. Even if I get a little of track this place has everything I need to keep me on track and help me get back on track!! I have slowly been starting to work out a little more with the Xbox kinect and eating a bit healthier, but it wasn't enough yet. I needed something to track my food/fitness/activities and this site does it all. Now I can easily hold myself accountable and have support from more people who are doing exactly what I am. I used to hate looking in the mirror and at a scale. With this site I need to get a new scale, so I can enjoy looking in the mirror again.
At the end of each blog I will be posting my current weight and fitness status and my very end goals to help myself keep up progress and to inform everyone of my progress.
Today I weigh 220 lbs and I can't walk half a mile without needing a break.
I plan to weigh 120 lbs and run a mile at a good and steady pace without any breaks.
