I feel like the Tortoise in the Tortoise and the Hare race today!!! I finally got a good night of sleep, but I ended up with it being from 3:00 am to 1:30 pm!!! So then the rest of the day ended up off. I feel like I slept most of the day away and it is nearly bedtime again! I just have to find the happy median in this sleep issue. Seeing the Doctor the 15th I hope he has a good idea - better than his last recommendation. I just need to be able to go to sleep earlier. Otherwise, I will feel like I cannot get in enough exercise or eat correctly. Any good ideas out there for getting to sleep would be greatly appreciated!!! Maybe I just need to do exercises at midnight? LOL Though what I have read says it is better to exercise earlier in your day, so if I sleep until 1:30pm, doing exercises at 2:30 or 3:00 pm would not be so bad. It is the eating dinner around midnight that is not so good!
