Still Tracking

Ten days into the new year and I'm still tracking. It doesn't seem to get any easier. After receiving an e-mail about a free trial with Spark Coach I decided to give it a try. So far I seem to like it. It is helping me set up some small goals. I had always had trouble making goals while a member of Weight Watchers. For some reason I just couldn't come up with any short term goals. It always seemed that they had me visualizing long term. With a lot of weight to lose it's hard to think about long term goals. Short term works for me, little steps. Don't know if I will stay with Spark Coach, this is the second day of my trial, we'll see how it goes. Maybe using Spark Coach is something I can do down the road when I'm really struggling.

    Short term goals work for me, too. Keep up the good work and you will meet your goals, one day at a time, one goal at a time.

    Good job! Do you remember the movie "What about Bob?" with Bill Murray? He was taking baby steps and got where he wanted to go. One step at a time, one day at a time you'll get there too.
