Overall, I am really enjoying this. I was a little tempted last night when I made toasted ravioli and tortellini for the rest of the family, but it was only mild temptation, because I felt so full, it was very easy NOT to give in. I feel like I have bad breath, no one has complained, but when I run my tongue over my teeth, they feel coated. Makes me want to brush my teeth several times a day. I find that I don’t care for the aftertaste of anything with celery in it, so it prompts me to drink more water to get that taste out of my mouth.
Answers to questions: I am losing a little more than a pound a day. I have plenty of energy, I am sleepy tired, but not body tired. This is my 1st full week back to work after holiday break, so I would be sleepy no matter what I was doing nutritionally.

It's amazing that once we put our minds to doing things, it's not as bad as we think and we can fo it! Our little bodies do not need all of the food we intact; it's our eyes that we give into. Keep up the good work and know that you are doing a good thing for your body! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I missed 2 days of workouts from mentally being tired. Teaching drains more than vampires!

Oh, I know what you mean about the yucky coating on the teeth. I was vege-head for over 25 years and from time to time would do 'cleanses' for days.... after the initial hungries went away, that great feeling would kick in and I felt so great, so clean.

I'm sure you're drinking lots of water too.

All the tropical fruits are yummy. (added frozen banana makes it like a milk shake.) My fav was organic grape juice with super green food of some sort and ginger.... oh, by the time I left Australia, i was practically addicted to that.

How long are you doing this????
