"What constitutes your abundance is not what you have, but what you enjoy." emoticon

I have this great A to Z poster with inspirational quotes for each of the letter of the alphabet and I am going to share them with a blog a day. emoticon

The quote above for tonight about abundance is wonderful... I am grateful to have the abundance that allowed me to get a treadmill that allows me to run and run and run all over the world. I am also grateful that my body can move, which I also enjoy. emoticon

Tonight I ran 3.5 miles total, with .49 miles brisk walking to warm up and cool down. It was great. I just increased my speed gradually over the distance, finishing up with my longest 7 mph stretch yet. I love the 7 mph, it's quite fast and I really feel like I can S-T-R-E-T-C-H my legs and O-P-E-N I-T U-P!! emoticon

I wish I could share how it feels... but just find your bliss, that thing that you enjoy, that keeps you Sparking, and celebrate your abundance! emoticon

My random soundtrack tonight included: emoticon
I Eat Cannibals (Total Coelo)
Suddenly I See (KT Tunstall)
Rock of Ages (Def Leppard)
Cruel Summer (Bananarama)
The Rhythm is Gonna Get You (Gloria Estefan)
Are You Gonna Move it For Me? (Donnas)
Celts (Enya)
Electric Ladyland (Kila)
Voulez-Vous (ABBA)
How Far (Apocalyptica)
