Very motivated today. I have tracked more consistency my foods. Exercised every day. Now i will incorporte the STOP method of eating. Excited.
The following is from SP coach today:
STOP stands for SELECT, TASTE, OBSERVE, PAUSE
S = Select. Select your first bite. . Enjoy it!
T = Taste. For your second bite, your mind should be fully on the taste and sensation of eating. You swallow only when the food is completely chewed. Enjoy your second bite.
O = Observe. observe the food as it travels around your mouth, down your throat and into your stomach. Enjoy your third bite.
P = Pause. With your fourth bite, pause before you put the food in your mouth. during the bite, pause in the middle of your chewing for a short moment. And when you are done with the bite, add one more pause before you take the next food. Enjoy your fourth bite.
