It's been 3 weeks doing TurboFire. It is something I have learned to look forward to do when I get home from work. When I have a rough day at work TurboFire is what helps me get all the frustration or stress out. Well Monday I did my workout was a little sore but nothing major. Waking up Tuesday....WOW my left leg hurt. Limping. I stretched and felt immediate relief but then as the day progressed pain got worse. Muscles are stiff. Now it's Thursday and still can not walk right. Been going to all the stores trying to find a brace that fits my large leg. NOTHING!!!! They are all too small. My doctor can not see me until Tuesday and I work on my feet all day. And I miss doing my TurboFire. I want to work out. I will go to store tomorrow or Saturday and purchase some weights so I can work out my upper body. I am so disappointed. I will not give up.

    take it easy for a few days. there are quite a few videos on this site that give you a workout while sitting. hope your injury is nothing serious and you are back at it soon!!

    Don't give up! Even if you can't always do the workout you want, something is better than nothing! I hope you feel better! :)
