Odd Thursday

Thursday, January 10, 2013

It was a quiet sort of day..the chiropractor/massage appt was good.

Talking to my mom over lunch a bit sad. She is wallowing in her problems and she is having trouble maintaining a positive attitude,. I did what I could to cheer her up and then left for my thryoid ultrasound. On the way home from that, I stopped to visit a friend at her place of business. Her husband, my mechanic, decided to change the oil in my car. Service with a smile..

For dinner we had Chinese takeout..yummy.

Going to bed a bit early tonight...just tired..

Goodnight... emoticon

I'm sorry to hear about your mom. Often, while reading your blogs, I've thought that you could become rich if we could figure out a way for you to bottle your energy, positivity, and enthusiasm.

Sounds like an up, down, and up day. I'm sorry your mom is feeling so depressed. That is difficult for her and also for you. I hope she can soon find some positive aspect, no matter how small, to hang on to, it is so hard to watch someone you love feeling so powerless and down.

Is your Mom still having problems from the storm. Is everything finally looking better for her in that respect?

It is good you have so many connections, you are very fortunate in that respect. HUGS Pat in Augusta, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
