CARLY241 I would suggest can you eat some small snack through out the day? Like I will bring some nuts or piece of fruit so I have something to eat besides my lunch. That helps me not go crazy when I get home. 1428 days ago
whoa lol video tripped me out man! hahaha That sucks your tired...I am too and I have ONLY don't the same thing!!! Just screwing everything up! I do the same thing, I haven't been doing my 10 minute dance goal....I was doing good all day for a few days and then it turned to going good all day and eating like crazy at night, and the past three days has been eating whatever I want all day and night..UGH...your not the only one! Just keep trying, at least vlogging/blogging and something will get back ya back on track! 1429 days ago
