2013.8-10 Don't blink!

Three days go by so quickly! Almost in the blink of an eye.
I thought I could go a day, or two, and still be able to remember what I'd eaten well enough to back-track, to meet my goal of tracking my nutrition each day. And I can go two days, but not three.
So as of today I've fallen off the tracking wagon, because I didn't track on the 8th, and I can't remember most of what I ate that day, or enough to get a meaningful record from memory.
I did track today's, and yesterday 's so I'm only missing the one day. But that was enough to break that streak, so I am back to day one -day two, I guess -of that streak.
I've stayed off the sweets, and don't really seem to have any trouble resisting, even when they are at hand.
I have a size-1 office assistant who crunches on m&ms daily and they aren't even tempting to me.
Workouts also going well, reaching my goal, of 60 minutes per day, consistently.
Looking forward to next Monday's weigh. I feel like this week is going pretty well.

    You sound like you are in the zone! Wish I could say I could ignore M&M's but if they are M&M Peanuts I have been known to crumble with pinache! Every once in a while the food tracking stalls but you're jumping right back on. That's great - enjoy the weekend and keep up the tracking!

    Great job! Keep on trying. I have a hard time tracking for an entire day all at once, let alone 2 or 3. You're doing awesome. I can't wait to hear about the weigh-in.

    AWESOME job staying off the sweets, even when they are there staring you in the face! That is AMAZING!

    Have you ever tied carrying a tiny notepad with you & just scribbling short notes each day about what you are eating, so you can go back & put it into the SP tracker later? That's what I'm doing right now, but I'm not good about putting it into the computer afterwards. BUT, at least I'm writing it down & seeing what I'm putting into my mouth every day! :)
