Three days go by so quickly! Almost in the blink of an eye.
I thought I could go a day, or two, and still be able to remember what I'd eaten well enough to back-track, to meet my goal of tracking my nutrition each day. And I can go two days, but not three.
So as of today I've fallen off the tracking wagon, because I didn't track on the 8th, and I can't remember most of what I ate that day, or enough to get a meaningful record from memory.
I did track today's, and yesterday 's so I'm only missing the one day. But that was enough to break that streak, so I am back to day one -day two, I guess -of that streak.
I've stayed off the sweets, and don't really seem to have any trouble resisting, even when they are at hand.
I have a size-1 office assistant who crunches on m&ms daily and they aren't even tempting to me.
Workouts also going well, reaching my goal, of 60 minutes per day, consistently.
Looking forward to next Monday's weigh. I feel like this week is going pretty well.
