My First week Jan6-12/13

I am very glad to have signed up with SP this week. I have already received lots of support and encouragement from a number of SP Friends. I am learning each day more about how to get around the site. It was a bit confusing at first. I have enjoyed making some of the recipe.

Jan 11/13 Although today has been a good day. I did see my specialist who talked to me about going on disability long term at this time. I know that this is the best thing for me in order to get healthy, but at the same time I feel a sense of loss.

Jan 13/13 Well my first week has come to an end and I can say that I am happy with where I am at this time. I have lost 2lbs this week. slow and steady wins the race. Although I have past my fitness gaol for week one I am not changing it until I know that I will reach or pass it over the next few weeks.

    Glad you are finding your way around the site - it can be a bit confusing even for those of us who have been around awhile. You are doing amazing for your first week - and congratulations on posting your first blog! That was a big step for me, and it took me longer that my first week to get up the confidence to post a blog.

    You sure are learning for find you way around. I've just reviewed your page and am impressed. I love the posters you've found. Read some of the inspirational quotes you've included and they're great too. Where did you find them? I've been trying to figure out how get to some good quotes/posters etc to include and it just takes me too much time?
