Struggled with the SHRED

I do not want people to think that I do not struggle so here is the truth about yesterday

Workout emoticon Ah no I did not workout yesterday even though I promised I would so that I could eat some cake, and yes I still ate the cake
Diet/Food emoticon For some reason I was extra hungry yesterday. I am doing the shred diet. For lunch I was SUPPOSED to have a turkey sandwich but INSTEAD I wanted chicken salad, then I was SUPPOSED to have for dinner lean protein,veggie and brown rice INSTEAD I ate fried fish, handful of fries and 2 pieces of cake! emoticon

Yeah but that was yesterday. Today I did 45 min of circuit training when I got home & ate all the food that was outlined on the plan.

Tomorrow will be the REAL test- 2 smoothie meals emoticon and 2 regular meals. This may be the day I eat ALL the food on the plan emoticon

For now I am off to bed. I do plan to do about 20 min of circuit in the morning and another 20 min when I get home emoticon .

    Hey it happens. I decided to wait until next week to get back on it. One thing about the smoothies meals ...works best when you add protein powder. makes you stay fuller longer. Hope you have success today

    i struggle to. i tend to eat mindlessly a lot. i did better at some points today. I just try to get back on track for the next meal or the next day.

    Just remember to take one day at a time, and do your best. Remember, no one is perfect and you don't have to be either.
