I do not want people to think that I do not struggle so here is the truth about yesterday
Ah no I did not workout yesterday even though I promised I would so that I could eat some cake, and yes I still ate the cake
For some reason I was extra hungry yesterday. I am doing the shred diet. For lunch I was SUPPOSED to have a turkey sandwich but INSTEAD I wanted chicken salad, then I was SUPPOSED to have for dinner lean protein,veggie and brown rice INSTEAD I ate fried fish, handful of fries and 2 pieces of cake!
Yeah but that was yesterday. Today I did 45 min of circuit training when I got home & ate all the food that was outlined on the plan.
Tomorrow will be the REAL test- 2 smoothie meals
and 2 regular meals. This may be the day I eat ALL the food on the plan
For now I am off to bed. I do plan to do about 20 min of circuit in the morning and another 20 min when I get home
