28-Day Bootcamp, Days 3 & 4

Yesterday was Day 3 of the bootcamp dvd, which is a break day. You can do other cardio, etc on your break day, but I chose not to since my knee was bothering me something fierce last night. Today it was better so I felt comfortable going ahead with Day 4...still going strong, and still rocking the early morning! Woo-hoo! And tomorrow is FRIDAY emoticon !!!!!!!!!!!
