I am in my second week of Sparkpeople and have noticed that I am losing some weight just by tracking food intake and adding some exercise. I am feeling a little more energy in this short time with minimal efforts. I am eating less, but do not feel deprived. I am noticing that I do feel hungry at meal times, which is a nice change. I am still eating a large meal in the evening, but the larger number of calories at one meal seems to be offset by my smaller meals. I am pleased to see numbers dropping on the scale and hope to be moving toward a healthier lifestyle which can be maintained.
