As some of you may, know, I visit my mother almost every day, to check in on her.
Make sure she takes her medicine, eats well and to see if there is anything I can do, for her.
We chat, have a meal together, some days and I try to get her to work out.
Leg lifts. weights, marching, whatever. Some days, it works, others, not so much.

Well, one thing I CAN make sure of, is that I work out during my visit.
There is an exercise bike, in the family room and although Mama rarely hops on, I have decided this would be a simple streak, project.
Three days, I have peddled like crazy. Not for a long spurt, as I still have a cough from being sick, but 10 minutes of good cardio. Today was the easiest yet!
I look forward to visiting, Mama, but now I have another reason. To peddle my way to a smaller bottom.
I plan on adding a few minutes, every week. Let's see how long i can keep up this streak.
