Yeah. So, I ate a lot of things over the Christmas holiday. I gained 3.5 pounds back.
BUT! Since January 1st, I've lost two of those pounds back. Huzzah! I have been tracking my food and I joined the January Jumpstart challenge to give myself a little extra motivation to do at least a little exercise every day. So far, I've worked out 4 days in a row. All of them work days. And even when I got home from bowling on Tuesday night (so from 930-10). And they've all been 25-30 minutes long. I'm amazing, I know.
My goal for this weekend is to plan meals for next week before hitting the grocery store so that I know what I'll be cooking when I get home (less likely to eat out), to buy more produce (lemons to cut up for my water), and to get more chex cereal because it's GF.
Hopefully I'll be well on my way to losing new poundage by this time next week!
