fell out of the wagon

I didn't exercise for 3 weeks and I ate everything! I'm trying to get back on the wagon. I started watching what I eat and I went back to the gym but I am terrified of getting on the scale, but I need to do it in order to track my progress but I'm too scared, what if I really, really messed up?

    Ok.... MJ encouraged me, I got on the scale and I did gain 5lbs :(. I will get on my program and do better. I am sad but I honestly though I gained more. Thanks for your support emoticon

    It really doesn't matter what the scale says and if you did really, really mess up. All that matters is you are getting back on the wagon! As long as you don't get ran over by the wagon, you'll be fine.

    Step on the scale and then put one foot in front of the other and you will be exercising again!! Keep at it because emoticon !
