I'm back working at the gym a couple days a week for now and due to my hip...and using my fitbit like crazy...I started a new habit. I replace the office chair with a swiss ball...everyone should do that anyway...better for your back, your core, and all around form! - But I have been bouncing while I'm at work...and boy can I feel it in my butt, thighs and even calves. I move backwards and forwards on the ball while boucning to work different muscles...maybe side to side for my waist...etc. It keeps me fitbit likes that! But it's become my thing...and it's fun.

on another note...I think I should name my fitbit... emoticon

I love this idea! BUT, if I did this at school, my classes would all want a go sitting on the swiss ball!

I sit on a swiss ball at work! It's fun.

I like the idea of naming the Fitbit. I may have to name mine, too!

I second letting us know what you named it! :)

I LOVE using a swiss ball in place of a desk chair!! Mine is currently popped - in the garbage - but I'll be getting a new one soon.

ROFL on naming your'll have to let us know what you decide to name it! ;-) HAHA
