I'm back working at the gym a couple days a week for now and due to my hip...and using my fitbit like crazy...I started a new habit. I replace the office chair with a swiss ball...everyone should do that anyway...better for your back, your core, and all around form! - But I have been bouncing while I'm at work...and boy can I feel it in my butt, thighs and even calves. I move backwards and forwards on the ball while boucning to work different muscles...maybe side to side for my waist...etc. It keeps me moving...my fitbit likes that! But it's become my thing...and it's fun.
on another note...I think I should name my fitbit...
