this was taken back at my grade 12 prom in June.
So today was a much better day. I started it out with a 5 km walk on the treadmill, and I ate well all day. I am starting to really get sick of dining hall food though, missing my mommy's homecooked meals :(
These last few days I have been sooo tired, but I am resisting naps in the afternoons, because I am trying to not disrupt my sleeping pattern if necessary. I am getting anywheres between 7-9 hours of sleep every night though, tonight possibly 11 just because I'm that tired, and plan on heading to bed after this. I think it could be partly having to get back into the routine of classes again. My schedule this semester is much better though, my earliest classes are 10:00/10:30, and I'm done by 4:00 every day. I'm taking Psychology, Political Science, a history class focused on women, Canadian studies and an English class. Tomorrow I only have one class from 10:30-11:30 because of tutorials/sick profs, which is pretty awesome. Gives me time to get all my homework out of the way, because tomorrow is my residence house party. Any tips on healthy mixes for tequila? I am going to be good tomorrow night, I promise
