I've been working really hard to get my protein levels up, and today I made it to 74 grams! This doesn't sound like much, but I often struggle to make it even close to 60... so this is an improvement for sure!

BREAKFAST
~ Egg white scramble with mushrooms, spinach, peppers, tomato, and onion



LUNCH
~ Chobani yogurt, banana, rice cake



~ Chamomile tea (a favorite to soothe my tummy during this difficult time of month)



DINNER
~ Curry made with black beans, brown rice, and tofu; a simple salad (I'm often asked what kind of dressing I use. I'm not particularly fond of dressing, so I use citrus and olive oil)
~ Pineapple (this aids in digestion when eaten after a meal)
