Lost Time

I only have one health goal (resolution) for this year and that would be that I stop dwelling on the past year(s) that have passed without much progress. I tend to dwell on those times where I fell away from my journey and rather learn from them, I tend to live there. This year needs to be different and it will be. I did not make a list of things to change in 2013. I resolve to be and live in the present with myself. I do not want to lose anymore time wondering, what if I had done this or done that on my weight loss journey. It sucks away energy I could be using for healthier things. It may be the most difficult resolution I have ever made.
