I'm feeling strong, emotionally and physically. I'm attempting to eat more veggies and fruit today. I'm making some chicken noodle soup for dinner, but i made the noodles separate so i can control how much goes in each serving. Drank my whole pitcher of sassy water, going to make some more for tomorrow. I staying on track with my goals I set at the begging of the week so I'm happy about that! Just need to work out, keep on keeping on all my Spark friends, thank so much for the support and encouragement!!
