so, there's no planning tool for buffets!
While I realize one shouldn't do this often, I have eaten fewer calories during the day... mostly fruits and veges... reserving extra calories for the buffet. I have eaten when hungry, and I'm drinking regularly.
fortunately, we've eaten at this buffet before and I know what to expect. they have excellent lean meats, and make a great calabacitas. so, my plan is for 1/2 my plate with veges, a playing card deck size of lean pork or beef and my splurge of a palm size serving of enchiladas. I will forgo the Mac-n-cheese, this time!
