I have learned a lot about how to trust the process, but that doesn't mean that I still don't trip over the bigger speedbumps or get briefly derailed.

Isn't it hard, sometimes, to trust the process? To have faith in yourself? Or just faith in general? There's not even anyone to lean on in those moments - you can find comfort externally, but you're the only one you have to rely on.

But every success is another tool in your box. Every time that you DO trust the process (because you have to, nothing is immediate), it gets easier to do it the next time, or in the face of the bigger problem, or the moodier day, or whatever it is.

Just a reminder to myself and to everyone: trust the process, no matter what aspect of your life. It will get you there.
