or at least it feels that way. I committed to running a 5k in March. (see previous blog Thanks to SP motivators)
I am following the SP virtual race training routine. Which only has me on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
It feels weird. It feels like I am cheating on myself at the gym. I do an hour of cardio when I go to the gym, even on the days that I see my trainer. But the routine says 30 minutes of run/walk run/walk. Hmmmm......
However, I have also committed to doing this at least for a week to see what happens in my world. Tracking my food, doing this weird little 30 minute cardio thing, and checking next week to see if any weight falls off.
Tomorrow I do not see my trainer and I am only going to be 30 minutes on the treadmill. It just plain feels like I am cheating....weird!
