Actually did it yesterday, water walked and according to the Livestrong calculations burned just under 800 calories! Yippee! Having a hard time staying under that 2000 mg sodium restriction eating TV dinners, but I want to get used to smaller portion sizes before I venture out on my own with cooking.

    I love the water walking .... it is a real calorie burner for sure .... I also do deep water exercise which also burns those calories .... keep up the good work .... you are doing fabulous ... Roc
