I have been active all my life, but during college I started to gain weight. That was a big deal for me because I never weighed more than 130 pounds. Losing weight since then has been an ongoing battle. I've changed my eating habits and have even increased how active I am and still have had problems dropping the weight. I have stayed positive though, knowing that my hard work will pay off. My vision/goal is to become fit enough to compete as a fitness model. I know I can do this. I know I can get to where I want to be. I'm not looking to get skinny for the sake of being skinny. I'm looking to get healthy so I can stay healthy for life.
