Happy to report that 2013's been stellar so far. Each day I'm making more conscious choices and decisions instead of going through the motions. Keeping my core desired feelings in mind - luminous, grounded, spunky, ease - I'm better able to say YES to what I really want to say yes to, and NO to that which draws me away from feeling good.
10/10 on the daily habits of flossing, supplements, gratitudes, and meditation.
10/10 on eating clean and following my exercise plan for January.
10/10 on following Chalene Johnson's free 30 day challenge to get organized and master the To Do list so I can achieve my goals faster.
I re-wrote my Top 10 goals for the year today and here's my absolute #1 PUSH goal. Putting it out there as a promise to you that I'll make it happen!
