I am on day 4 of my Thyroid Diet. I cannot tell yet if I had a scale bounce (that will bounce back up) or if I have already lost weight. I feel hopeful about this. My biggest challenge right now is that I need to get my carbs and calories low enough for weight loss but not so low that I trigger a migraine. I had a migraine yesterday and into this morning from going too low. Today I tried to get my carbs in earlier, and tried to eat more, earlier. I am hoping hoping hoping this is going to work for me.
