I never recommend going so long with out a decent meal, or decent nutrition. Ive just set myself up for failure because of a busy day. I will save myself with a sammich from SUBWAY or something healthier than standing in the kitchen gawcking at all the food i wanna eat...
On top of a busy day, my routine is off, I didnt get to clean, exercise, and who brings home some pizza? yes my b/f...
He didnt warn me. So I think If I can avoid even just 1 crumb of it, I will be proving myself a point.
I could easily fit a piece into my calories today but guess what?!
I am a food addict, and I am not going to eat just 1 piece. I want the whole pie in the box...
So I will see whom is stronger today, the voice in my right ear today
, or the voice in my left ear
Lets just be thankful the voices can't see each other, because I know the one that wants the pizza would bribe the one who dosen't!
I will pay attention to my thoughts today. Rest assured, I will look on Ebay for a nice wooden paddle with holes in it for my boyfriend who thinks its okay to bring this stuff around me so often. I mean come on.
Sooo, as I send him out to go get me subway, lol, i will stay astray from that other foods.
