Featured in the IU Bloomington Faculty/Staff Newsletter!

Some of you know I work at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. We have a weekly newsletter that goes out to all the Faculty & Staff on our campus and, this week, they featured me in an article and also featured my last SparkPeople blog.

Right work e-mail inbox and my FB are blowing up with "likes" and comments. But, when all of the excitement dies down...I know that you all have been there for me from the beginning and will continue to be there from here on out. I just wanted to say that I know I've been M.I.A. for awhile on here and some of you have been concerned. Thank you for your caring words and all your checking in. Things are going great...I'm just so busy. If I ever find a moment to breathe, I fully intend to give you a proper blog and get you all caught up.

Until then, you always have been and always will be a huge part of what inspires me to keep going. Thank you for that. And I pray you all are doing well.

Those 15 minutes of fame out in the "big world" still leave you needing a soft place to land. SparkPeople is mine, too.

Leah, this article is so awesome. It's because of your influence that I'm even trying running - I do it on the Wii and today I was able to maintain a 6 minute mile. Yepper - even did the 10 minute run without stopping twice this week. What a great feeling.

P.S. I work at a university in the Advancement/Development office.
