Day 5 January Jumpstart

Of course Im going to start this off with talking about my muscles. My hips and upper thighs are still sore and stiff. Today I worked on stretching them out and right now I feel like Im in heaven. Those stretches helped out a lot. I need to do them all through out the day now instead of just once a day. Tonight when I do my toning Im going to do the stretches before and after. My cardio is going to be walking today to rest my hips some.
