Day 3 of New Year’s Resolution.

I got off to a slow start on going from my current 147lb “Bertha” body to a more svelte “Beyonce” body by April 1st.

So far this week, I have done 76mins of cardio and am scheduled for another 30 mins + strength training today. I have brought my lunch 2 days now and hope to keep up my momentum.

I realized earlier this week, that I have surpassed my heaviest weight and would really love to get back to 130lbs by April 1st. This means I need to lose 17lbs in 12 weeks. This is about 2 lbs per week. I believe this is possible through diet and exercise but know this means that I would essentially need to be burning 1000 calories per day! I am not sure if this is completely possible. But I am motivated and ready to do this!
